How long will it take to complete my store?

You will receive your store within 24 hours of making your purchase. This includes all the pre-made settings and products.

Can I pick my own products?

We'll select 20+ products in your chosen niche, but you're free to add as many products as you'd like from our supplier.

Does my store come with premium images and a custom logo?

Yes, every store comes with premium images for all products and pages, as well as a custom branded logo.

Will you do any custom coding on my store?

Our stores are built on the Shopify platform, which means that they don't require any custom coding. However, if you have specific customizations in mind, please reach out to our customer support team and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

What will be the cost to run my store?

We charge a one-time fee to build your store. However, you will be responsible for paying the monthly cost of your Shopify plan, which starts from $25. You must pick a basic plan or higher as you will not be able to use the full store with a starter plan.

What if my store has any issues?

We offer lifetime support for our stores, as long as you have an active Shopify plan. If you encounter any issues or have any questions, our customer support team is here to help.

Can I add more services to my package?

We are currently working on adding additional services to our packages. However, if you require any additional services now, please contact our customer support team and we'll do our best to help.

What niches are available?

You can pick from 12 available niches: Fitness, Spiritual, Food & Drink, Activewear, Beauty, Outdoors, Women's Fashion, Men's Fashion, Home, Pet, Jewelry & Watches, and Electronics.

Can I use my own niche or a custom niche?

For custom niches, please contact our customer support team, and we'll be happy to build a custom store specifically for your niche.
